Can anyone give me advice. I have a tingling sensation in my 3 fingers on my right hand and in the morning it is particular worse. Does anyone know what this might be or what department in the hospital I should go to get the symptoms investigated. Also can anyone recommend a hospital and a consultant in Bangkok. Maybe Sheryl would like to make a suggestion. Thanking everyone in advance.

Depending on which fingers it is, likely carpal tunnel or cubital tunnel syndromes.

Carpal tunnel = thumb, index and middle finger are numb. Maybe slightly part of the ring finger. Never the pinky.

Cubital tunnel  = ring finger and pinky (little finger) are numb. Never the thumb, index or middle finger.

Both tend to be worse in the morning because we often clench our fists, bending the wrist, and bend our elbows while asleep. Night splints can be very helpful for that.

this is a good hand specialist (same doctor, different hospitals):

(near Victory Monument)

He is also at Chaophya Hospital once a week (Pinklao area) or used to bem, but the link isn't working. And can also be seen by appointment at Siriraj private wing

Thank you for your input Sheryl and suggestion for the medical consultant to see. The tingling is in the index, middle and the ring finger on my right hand. My natural sleeping position is with my right hand under the pillow beneath my head and maybe that is not helping the issue. Anyway I will make an appointment with the consultant next week. Once again many thanks for the advice.

Trapped nerve in the neck? Worse in the morning due to using incorrect pillow or sleeping position during the night.
Possibly but if it were the cervical spine I'd expect the whole hand to be affected rather than some fingers completely spared. What he describes seems more like carpal tunnel.

I was going to suggest the similar thing. Herniated disc pressing on nerve. Whichever finger is getting the sensation, could point to the culprit disc.

eg. I had numbness between first and second finger, ( but also a hell of a lot of pain in my neck), and the consultant told me that pointed to a particular cervical disc: C5-C6 I think. It was along time ago.

Yours could be a different one.

Thank you all for your Input. Yesterday I had an appointment with the consultant that was recommended by Sheryl and after a physical examination he suggested to have an X-Ray of the chest and neck area to determine what may be the cause of the tingling issue. After the viewing of the X-Rays it was determined it is more likely to be carpal tunnel syndrome and he has prescribed a high dosage of Vitamin B (100 times more stronger than normal ) and some cream to rub on the wrist area and a follow up appointment in 4 weeks time. Depending on how the medication works he may suggest other form of treatment. Once again many thanks to all for their input and to you Sheryl for your recommendation.

Be sure to get a night splint (pharmacies, Boots etc will have or order from Lazada) and wear it when you sleep, also make sure you have proper wrist support when using the computer (or wear the splint while typing). Helps a lot,
