Alertide supplement - anybody know about this?

My ex-wife was interested in giving our 5 year old boy a supplement called Alertide

She has asked me for my opinion.  My son has not been diagnosed with any disorder

but like many parents in Thailand she feels pressured to get our child to the top of his class.

I could not find a readable list in English showing the ingredients.

It's being marketed in Thailand and there is some advertising on FB and eBay

as well as https://healthy777.weebly.com/alertide.html

The advertising claims that Alertide has some beneficial effects on  brain performance and

can also be effective in cases of ADHD.

Any opinions or more information ?

The Thai version (below, left side) has a lot of extra info about the fish oil).

I can't comment what is special (or not) about this multivitamin/supplement.

No reason to think this will help anything. but probably harmless other than the expense.

What may not be so harmless is your wife's sense of pressure for a 5 year old to achieve.

Thanks for the replies KhunBENQ and Dr Sheryl.

I agree entirely that pressure to achieve is counter-productive

and advised the mother to just concentrate on praise for every small achievement and avoid bribes as they are ineffective and can disappoint the child leading to more anxiety.

She appears to have taken the advice and appreciated the help given.
