out of thailand on vacation/surgery

in july i am going back to the U.S.

i do not know how long i will be there, i might get back surgery.

if i am out of the Thailand on a re-entry permit will i still need to show 65,000baht per month income?

You will have to show 12 months of 65k baht transfers going into a Thai bank account whether you are here or not.
