I'm trying to buy a cheap reliable car anyone have any ideas

I have contacted so many people regarding different cars but no success

One was same car owned by 3 different people

so all I was hoping maybe someone may have some ideas

Unfortunately, you are looking for the same car everyone else is looking for.

And I bet that not one of them actually had the blue book in his name. Scams, scams, scams.

I bought a new car because I simply didnt trust anyone I saw trying to sell used ones.

Just been here a couple of weeks but the plan is to stay got house just need car now and will be happy

Look up Expat Auto on FB....They are in CM, but the right car might be worth the flight....

From what I've heard they're reputable + handle the paperwork & incidentals....
