I want to know what is the maximum lenght you have to send your companies exercice to the share holders when your year finishes (up to Thai Law).

For example:

the companies exercice starts 15 march 2005 and closes the 14th march 2006. How long does the account department to make the exercice and submit it to the share holders. Is there a law in Thailand about it.

I have a friend who invested in a company which unfortunatly went "bankrupt" last March 2006. the Manager said that he is closing the exercice and will send it to all share holders. Unfortunatly, he "broke" his laptop and all the share holders received the exercice only in december (9 month later).

Is this legal?

The share holders are in Europe and the manager is a Farang living in Thailand but very suspicious.

Thanks for any inputs
