Looking for spa/massage business in Bangkok

Hello

 

My lady friend (Thai national) is looking for a quality massage spa business in Bangkok.  Pre-requesites, must be established with goodwill and in a populated place with potential for both regular and walk in business.  Ideal is 10-15 staff.  I'm unsure of price, but we think a good business would not go for less than THB 2m.

 

Problem is where to start, so I'm asking the forum for some guidance.
