I found this example, เขาขโมยเงินผมไปแล้วมิหนำซ้ำยังทำร้ายผมด้วย translated :- "he not only stole my money but also molested me" being a simple fellow from หนำ meaning sated and ซ้ำ repeat with a not in front I read it:- "bla bla bla not satisfied with that, he bla bla bla". It doesn't fit does it? Need more examples or a Thai.

Not sure what you mean. It makes good sense to me in Thai, although the English translations could vary depending on the context.

The OPs sentence is incomplete, so without the surrounding context it is hard to say exactly how the expression is used.

Your analysis of the component parts seems correct, but breaking up an expression into component parts does not always bring about more understanding of the whole. All human languages are full of expressions that do not make perfect logical sense.

a sentence in Thai can be written in many different ways in English. For example,

"he not only stole my money but also molested me" or "he stole my money. Moreover, he molested me" is the same in Thai. However, we can write these two sentences a bit differently in Thai as well. But I do not want to make you confused.

For these two sentences, you can see that มิหนำซ้ำ or หนำซ้ำ could be "not only.....but also" or "besides", or "moreover", and etc.,

I didn't put this very well; I am trying to read it in Thai; I couldn't care less how you put it in English. I have only seen it written twice, once where it makes sense between to verbals and once where it doesn't; followed by nouns. I am waiting to see it written again to see if I still understand it.
