I need to renew my 5 year drivers license (both car and motorcycle). 

 

Is a medical cert required for a 5 year renewal ...?

Do I require 2 proof of residence certs from Immigration or will 1 original plus 1 copy be OK?

Maybe it's different in different locations, but I did this in Phuket in January and no medical certificate required and I provided one copy of the resident's certificate from Immigration only.

Can you advise as i need to renew my 2year license for Car/Bike. the first one i made at Sukhumvit office but now moved near sathorn so can i go to any office and do it?

 

and will i require medical certificate again ? My license expired on Jan 27.
