who cares???? There are road works for at least already 2 months on the main street on both sides.. Traffic can not drive on the road and heavy trucks, which don't need to use the road are driving on it too. They tried to make a one direction road, but nobody cares, after 1 day (!) they have given up already and now it is a mess.. Driving on a motorcycle is still not done with a helmet, but many are wearing masks.. Why is there no enforcement and why is the police doing nothing about it?? Overloaded trucks, lot of people in the back of pickups, even on too high loaded trucks kids are sitting!!.. and than we don't even talk about such old cars that often are held together with wire or robes. And than wondering why so many traffic deaths?? Start with education, enforce existing laws and a working policeforce for 24 hrs a day 7 days a week. I just come home it is pretty dark already and if you see how many cars and motorcycles don't have decent lights or not turned on their lights... So many simple things that could be solved so easily with fines, huge fines as it is for the safety of the people. Who don't follow the law, they feel it in their wallet, and no money??? easy wait till someone pay the fine before you get your vehicle or car back on the road. In a few months things are improved believe me
