BOI approved business looking for help

I have a BOI approved company registered in Surat Thani province. I am looking for some help with the BOI administration side of running the company:

 

 ~ Submitting reports to the BOI

 ~ Translation of letters and emails sent by the BOI

 ~ Accountancy

 

From the BOI website I see there are many BOI promoted companies in Surat Thani - I'm wondering if they all do the above tasks in house, or if there is an agency in the province capable of helping me keep on top of my BOI admin and explaining things in clear English.

 

Any suggestions, opinions or recommendations gratefully received.
