already read the ultimate post on this  but one question

 

the criminal record check is that based on within Thailand? if it is the home country what sort of offenses would rule one not suitable or even sent back home?

 

I've got the tax, the lingo skills, the cynical outlook , the way of looking down on all not thais' and stepping in with other thai's to beat up people

A criminal record check is not always required when apply for Thai nationality.
