Rc2702
I believe as of end of this month Marijuana is legal and available for medical purposes only. If that's the case how exactly is this going to be rolled out? How would someone obtain some stick? Prescription/OTC? What information do we have on this historical change of Law?
from the home of CC
In Canada when they first rolled out (ptp) medical the problem was no doctor wanted to be associated with the issuance of the prescription and they circled the wagons on it. In time a few got brave but it was a struggle trying to find one that would take the plunge. IMO it will even be tougher here until a lot of the old dinosaurs who presently shape the Thai medical profession die out.

Disagree it's USA that shapes Thai FDA so I expect it to be taken in quickly, but how is the question.

jackdd
It's legal to be prescribed by a doctor, but i think it's still a controlled substance, which means without a prescription you might go to jail if you are tested positive. This means you need to find a doctor who is willing to prescribe it to you and who works in a hospital which is willing to distribute it. I expect that especially at the beginning everything will be very closely monitored and you need a serious illness to find a doctor who will prescribe it to you.
