I wonder what percentage of the nation sees it that way. The way you summarize it is quite accurate, and correct, in its analysis. NOBODY I speak with, either amongst the ex-pat, or the Thai community seems to have any affection, or respect for, or anything kind to say about Prayuth, the big joke, or the army. Nobody. However, some seem to see them as maintaining peace and order. But, at what price? 

 

I would venture to guess the army lost the election. To what extent will they go to betray that result?
