Requirements for the translator: 

1- Native Thai speaker.
2- should have at least 3 years translating experience,  be reliable and responsible. 
3- taking every project seriously and can take proactive approach to solve problems when translating the documents. 
4- Can use SDL TRADOS 2011 or above.
