I understand I now need to do a TM30 for my condo that I own and I live in in Bangkok each and every time I fly into the country? Is that correct?

If I overnight or two somewhere else in Thailand in a hotel that might report my presence do I need to go through the whole TM30 process again for my condo in Bangkok once I return, my thinking being otherwise there would be no record of my whereabouts after last hotel booking ? It takes a whole day trip in and out to CW to do a report in person so this seriously impacts my time if it needs repeated doing. Thanks.

Very few offices require a TM30 report when you return from a trip within the country. I am sure CW will be the same.

I noticed this posted on youtube - It is an interview "FABULOUS103FM" had with Pattaya immigration about TM30

That is only for Pattaya immigration not every office in the country.

Not sure they are going to enforce that either. No reports about it yet.

Many offices only want one for the first time and if you change your address.
