Yes. Because ti is an expensive brand name imported drug.

 

The counterfeits usually come from Viet Nam and are made to look like the were imported from France.

 

Thai, India etc generic products aren't counterfeited as no profit in it.

 

The upscale pharmacies mentioned buy direct from importers and are reliable.

Try Lansoprazole. I find it to be as good or better than Nexium for long-time-bad-stomach or gastritis from drinking.

Of course, some people prefer nexium. I did before I tried L.
