  • A 14 year old teenager should be mature enough to ask for help if he is lost. Unless still being fed like a 4 year old child like the rest of the teens here....

Seedy people everywhere and Japan is no new comer to kidnapping and having some of the oddest sexual habits. Good luck to the boy though and safe return. Probably does speak English.

Now the Japanese authorities should find out why the boy disappeared and died. Then trade the results of their investigation in case the RTP manages to get their thumbs out and solve the 2007 Wat Saphan Hin, Sukhothai murder of Tomoko Kawashita - before the 20 year statutory expiry...

Is every crime committed in your country solved? No cold cases at all?

".. passedpeacefully from an “unexpected accident”.

Add.."asked for privacy following his death, saying the family would not answer any queries or contacts."

it was probably suicide.

Teeraponl Pumchuang posted up on his Facebook that the boy had wandered up onto the hotel's roof and the door had shut behind him with no way to get back in since it could only be opened from the inside.
His body was found on the ground below the hotel later that morning and taken to hospital. The temperature that night in Tokyo was quite cold and may have played a part in his death if he tried to climb down and fell. [As speculated above, I guess it could also have been suicide]. Since he had no identifying documents on him, there was some delay in alerting the mother.
However his mother has stated in Thairath today that the Facebook story isn't true and certainly didn't come from her.
Teeraponl Pumchuang has since taken the post down.
