Just pay them The SRT could not run a model railway & in this case "got greedy"

well yes that is what we would wish normally but in this case he is dealing with Hong Kong Chinese so would think the kick back from the Chinese submarine deal dwarfs this compensation so they have a good bartering tool to use against the PM and the other cronies trying to wriggle out of their legal obligations
