THAIPHUKET
Trying to combine necessity with pleasure. The necessity is to regain balance and overall muscle strengths. Well measured to my advanced age and physical limitations. That's why a Physiotherapist is welcome but not an absolute condition because I know my body best. The fitness room should have a more than the usual barrage of treadmills . To get the most out of the endeavor the location must be pleasant Big pool, etc Any suggestions, even better personal experiences?
