US Social Security direct deposit through Bangkok Bank NYC

I opened a BB direct deposit account here in Thailand for SSA payments. They are deposited through the New York branch. When I opened it in Dec 2018 I was aware of the impending change in ACH format to IAT format. At the time the bank rep said no problem just put your Thailand address on all the forms. I just talked with the NY branch and they said deposits are in the ACH format and I need to change this with SSA. I have tried to change my address on the myssa site but it only accepts US addresses.

Has anyone recently delt with this problem or know the easiest way to get this changed? The NY branch said they can't guarantee payments after June 30.
