It is open 24 hours a day.

About 15 to 20 minutes or less unless they are very busy.

The desk is located after security just before the immigration desks in zone 2.

Be aware, zone 2 is the left immigration hall as you face airside; if you mistakenly get stamped out in the right-hand hall, you will need to walk around to the far left side of zone 2 on the airside to get to the re-entry bureau.

24 hr open. a few minutes of processing. no queue at all. BUT there is a 200 Baht administration fee ???? paid to who ?  No need documents.

Last time it took a few minutes, forms and photo inc, receipt for Bt 200. No problems.

The service fee is paid at the desk for them to take the photo, completing the form and making copies of your passport pages.

Just turn right coming down the escalator for most people I e non business or first class passengers who can't use the priority security check area.
