Greetings

I hold a non immigrant o visa - as I plan to convert this entry visa into a retirement visa, in the next 30 days. Tomorrow I will fly back into Swampy on my "O" type visa, and carrying plenty of cash with me. My question is do I need to show an outward bound airline ticket If I'm  arriving on this type of visa ?? I'd really appreciate a quick answer as I'm travelling in the morning and I'll have to buy one quickly if it is really needed !!

Thanks in advance

A return or onward ticket is not required if you have a valid visa for entry.

You will not be doing a conversion. You will be doing a application for a one year extension of the 90 day entry from your non-o visa.

You can do the application during the last 30 days of the 90 day entry.

No, I've never been asked in 25 years.
