1-Year Extension of Stay Based on Marriage

Featured Replies

Has anyone recently visited Jomtein Immigration to re apply for a 1-Year Extension of Stay Based on Marriage (Marriage Visa)?....I have been in Thailand for the past 5 years using the marriage visa method but each year Immigration require extra documents to what they did the previous year...Just wondering if any members could spare the time to advise me what documents are required at the mo......Forewarned is forearmed, thanks in advance

I don't understand this. The requirements for the "marriage visa" are pretty simple. The extension requires significantly more hoops to jump through.

I did a thread thread about a week ago that was essentially the same question asked differently if it helps:

I've been doing a spousal extention at Jomtien for the past 8 years.  One year, they moved the goal-posts; a bit annoying at the time, but not a great problem.

PM me, and I'll send you my annual to-do list; it's on my PC, can't get to it at the moment.

Cheers

What part of my request don’t you understand?
