Who is going to pull them over?! They could probably drive for years without ever being pulled over, there is no enforcement of any laws in Thailand, who are they kidding?

i have seen worst pick up,s or bikes in the streets of Thailand.maybe  not a 10yr mini van but still looks not safe to drive
