Hi

Could some one just clarify where one was to get a Medical certificate from, when applying for a NON -A visa from the Thai Embassy London.

 

I have highlighted the part in yellow. (Taken from the Thai embassy website in London as the requirements of obtaining a NON 0-A) 

 

Im thinking from my Doctor but not sure if it is as easy as that, so looking for some one who has done this and how they went about it and where they got it from

You only need a doctor to sign and stamp this form.

I suppose i just take it to my Local GP and get him/her to fill it in, any idear if there is a fee being reported?
