I have shifted from my old condo to my new condo last month.

I have bought this condo and I also got my Chanote (Title Deed).

I have also changed my Yellow Book with this new address.

The new address is now on my New Address.

Do I need to inform Immigration on this address change which I not done.

I will be going to CW to renew my Extension of Stay this July.

Have I to fill up a form to inform my change of address ?

If I fail to do so, will I have to pay a fine.

Your kind advice will be much appreciated.

Thanking you all in advance.

You should go to the TM30 office of your immigration asap, and re-register. There may be a fine or not, depending on the delay since you moved and the mood of the officer, but it should be less than 2000THB. Bring the new TM30 slip with you when you go for extension in July.

I would never bother changing my address again if I moved, avoids a lot of hassle and they would never find out and if in the unlikely event they did just pay a small fine.

I thought the requirement was to submit a TM28 registering a change of address for you, and a TM30 to register an alien staying at the address for the new condo.

Both TM 28 and TM 30 are required since the OP owns the condo. The report is due within 24 hours, but late filing may incur a small fine. Just complete the forms and hand them in when doing your extension.
