doublephil
I am buying a car for the 1st time in Thailand. However, I would like to register it in my son's name. He is adult and has Thai nationality. Unfortunately, he is currently seriously ill and unable to go to DLT to sign papers, etc. Is it possible achieve this if he gives me power of attorney to sign on his behalf? What other documents would I need? I assume signed copies of his id card and tabian baan house registration But anything else? I would appreciate any expert advice.
