I have a Service Dog for the disabled. I will traveling SE Asia for four months. If I had a card that would explain the purpose of my dog being with me it would be great.. If this was translated (Trying to keep it 2 1/2" to 3" wide)

I could copy it to my computer and printout the cards to handout.

If someone could translated and post it - Where I can download it and print . I need it in Thai and Cambodia and Chinese.

It seems to me Meadish has done a very good job translating, much better than I could have done. I do think, however, I might be able to add a couple things. I'm only changing a few things, namely the term used for "service dog," adding a line highlighting that the dog is clean/well groomed, and correcting one small spelling error.

So that you'll have a complete updated version I am repasting meadish's entire translation along with my small changes/additions inside.

meadish: I googled and yahooed สุนัขบริการ and สุนัขช่วยเหลือ and even though I found them both used the latter was more frequent/consistent. The former would sometimes take on other contexts, ie. a dog for breeding. So even though I think your term is equally correct and would be understand I exchanged it for สุนัขช่วยเหลือ The small spelling error was towards the end ท่หาก is spelled ถ้าหาก if I'm not mistaken (though pronounced the same).

CSS - thank you, that is definitely an improvement.
