Funds flow one way in a Thai Paypal account, you can withdraw but not add from a Thai bank account. I need to be able to do a couple test withdrawals though.

 

Does anyone know a Thai merchant who will send you a Paypal balance for any reason? They would of course be reimbursed for whatever their service is.
