June 5, 20197 yr Hello, I would like your opinion or suggestion regarding signing a agreement between the shareholders of a Thai corporation (1 foreign and 2 Thai members). This agreement should protect the assets the 100% investor (foreign member). There is no changes required in the corporation, since all sides agree to sing this type of agreement. Anyone could suggest a law firm or a legal services firm in Chiang Mai? Please pm if you need more information. Thank you
