Are gas bottles getting smaller?

Featured Replies

I can remember back in Australia standard domestic gas bottle size 9kgs. Then they seemed to shrink to 8kg.

Looking at a gas bottle I had delivered this morning now appears to be 7kg?

It's not the size, it's if they fill it up or not. Ours is 7 k, used to last 10 weeks but now 6 months

Our two PTT bottles are both 15kg Net.

I don't recall them being any bigger.
