Kasikorn Bank K-Biz App ?

Featured Replies

Why can't foreigners set up the K Biz app with Kasikorn Bank?

It says you have to download it from the Play store...you will probably also have to go to your local branch and have them fiddle about a bit..I don't think foreigners are barred.

well maybe if you are not in Thailand at the moment ??

Usually 2 reasons, your outside Thailand, or you have downloaded the WRONG APP as the notice n your phone suggestes.

I can explain it for you - but I can't understand it for you 😀

I logged in to my KBANK Debit account last week to zero out the monthly spendings on my credit card.

Nope, cannot log in.... need a code or something from the K-Biz app.

Downloaded the app from the play store, no issue there.... nope cannnot register as passport is expired and facial recognition needs to be done at a branch.

I have tomorrow afternoon of work as personal leave to go to the branch to sort this.

I expect it to not go well.

My passport on file expired in 2021 so will need to update (luckily still have old PP on hand).

My Kbank passbook was last updated in 2017.

ATM card my my debit account expired in 2019.

All this BS just so I transfer from my BBK Bank account to my Kbank debit account to pay my KBANK credit card which is now past due and has been blocked from use and acrueing 18% interest on the outstanding balance.

My predicament is entirely on me though, shoulda kept passport on file up to date and should read the important emails from KBANK telling this was coming!

Kudos for admitting that but curious with all the recent threads about it why you didn't keep it updated?
