Shiitake Mushrooms

I have just noticed that Tesco are selling dried Shiitake mushrooms for 55 baht for 100g.

This seems incredibly cheap, are they the real thing?

It's possible . The price depends on the mushroom's size ,qaulity and source of production (Thai or import)

I did some reasearch on this and the production cost is meant to be $4 for 1z (30 grams).

Anyway they taste good and are meant to be really good for your health

Are those "Het Hom" in Thai? If so they make your breath stink...Nice tho.
