As I don't know where to post and want to reach as broad as possible audience for best results.

 

These insects fly in great numbers above my pool and lawn every morning and afternoon.

 

Some have transparent wings others have yellow and black wings.

 

Are these termites and if so how to get rid of them

It looks to me like a mosquito hawks...google pics of these bugs from Thailand...

 

Termites swarm and can be seen coming out of decayed wood...ground...and wooden houses...

Not termites no in the UK we call these dragonflys 

Look like pretty standard dragonflies to me.  Nothing to get excited about.

    Be careful these are deadly Termitus Dragon Flyus 

    Any Thai pest controller will tell you it cost many thousands of baht to remove
