Thai model launches picture books to confront sex education taboos

Teaching children about the meaning of words, such as consent, isn’t sex education.

Many countries teach young children that it is ok to speak up/tell a trusted adult about things that may happen to them, that make them uncomfortable, without going into the details of sex itself.

Paedophiles prey on young children, and rely on their silence to get away with it.

This woman is right in letting them know that they can ask for help.

If that's what she's doing, fine. Like I say, I haven't seen the video, which you presumably have.

Lesson Number 30:

Now children we Thais have six different words for those we sleep with:

1/  Panraiya  (wife)
2/ Mia Noi (extra wife)

3/ Fan (GF)

4/ Gik (bit on the side)
5/ Sideline (for the weekend)
6/ Bar Fine (when we are bored with the other 5)

This underscores the importance of education. It'd be disastrous if people just assumed they were buttplugs...

and here I thought you got buttplugs from eating too many bananas and too much cheese
