Surely this is serious. My experience is that police and ex-police make a living doing this kind of thing, it's the reason I left my home of 8 years in Bangkapi as they opened a few too many noisy venues... obviously they don't want too much thriving competition; or the discount scheme wasn't favourable enough for them.

It is serious, and stop calling him Shirley. The previous police chief borrowed a cool 0.3 billion from the soapie owner just down the road not so long ago, but I guess Little Duck didn't have his ducklings in a row.
