My friend transferred money to my account and both he and I received a confirmatory sms. Since then, I have not received the funds, which usually arrive simultaneously, together with a confirmatory sms from my bank. Tried calling Bangkok Bank, but numbers are not ringing through. Is it just us?

OK, ditch that. Funds now received after 1 hour. Normally instantaneous, so maybe there was a glitch?

Now I realise why they need a mid year closing holiday, just like in the old days, when the books used to be updated and closed by hand✍️
