I'm interested in the correct or preferred way to spell : Wah, Ngan, and Rai ,

and also if these terms are used is it automatically assumed they are "Talang (sp.) if used with real estate?

Is Ngan archaic or in common usage?

1 sq Wa = 4 sqM

100 sq Wa =400 sqM = 1 Ngan (งาน)

400 sq Wa = 1600 sqM =4 Ngan (งาน) =1 Rai(ไร่ )

sq = Tarang ตาราง

Ngan is common usage yes

1 วา = 2 เมตร

1 ตารางวา = 4 ตารางเมตร

100 ตารางวา = 400 ตารางเมตร = 1 งาน

400 ตารางวา = 1600 ตารางเมตร = 4 งาน = 1 ไร่
