Government Savings Bank internet banking

Anyone have a GSB account and have internet banking? I am trying to get my wife's account active with the online system but so far I have had no luck trying to go through the "First Time Access" screens. She has a mobile app the bank people installed and got working but she has no clue what to do for the internet online login info. The screen asks for "main account number" and ID card number and press a button to receive a Pin via email or SMS but the numbers I use are not accepted by the system. I do not push her to call them for help as it seems so simple,,,,,,,,,,,,yet so hard it is.
