Was It Because of Too Much Drink?

A construction worker died mysteriously in front of his son and friend when they were drinking Thai vodka together at his son’s room late on Monday the 12th March.

Mr. Rianchai, aged 19, came in to see the Dongtan Police at 11.30 pm saying that his father had just passed away and his father’s body was taken to Banglamung Hospital.

The doctor at the hospital told the police that Mr. Pan Saohia, aged 39, had died before he even got to the hospital. All they can say is that he died from lack of oxygen.

There were no signs of the man being attacked only vomit stains on his shirt.

The deceased man’s son and friend told the police that earlier, at about 8 pm, the deceased visited his son in Jomtien Soi 4. While they were drinking together, Mr. Pan started vomiting and then went unconscious.

The body was sent for autopsy to find the cause of death and the relatives will then make religious proceedings when his body is returned.
