Orton Rd
We have had water seeping onto our ceiling downstairs for years, coming from, we think the bathroom above. Taking the ceiling away that's damaged you can see the damp patch around the water pipes from the bathroom above. In the past we have had some of the bathroom drilled up and pipe joints replace but still happens. Mrs does not want to have the whole floor dug up again but wants to try and slap some TOA floorseal waterproofing, it's mixed with cement. I realize this would be like sticking a plaster on a wound, but the seepage is normally small amounts so might help. Is this TOA product about the best option as far as these sealing products go? https://www.toagroup.com.vn/en/san-pham-chi-tiet/toa-floorseal---chong-tham-san
Anythingleft?
The water will only find it's way to another exit point which could be worse in the long runUnpleasant but you are going to have to strip out and fix ultimately...... Puchaiyank
Can not plaster over a water leak...leak must be fixed...however painful and costly...water will continue to ruin your home if left unrepaired...
