Unfortunately Jins voice is one that has not aged well, seen her 140 times. Got almost all her albums except the first 2, number 7 is a corker ????

I wonder how Siripon is doing these days. That wonderful hoarse voice from the beginning!

Stoped appearing in concerts some time ago, Mrs says she wants to start her troupe up again. Saw her at Wat Klong Suan 4-5 years ago, disappointing sound, almost a whisper. Her shows were great entertainment.

She told me she was 26 when she recorded this one

Great topic.  So much great Thai and Lao music.  These used to be a very busy and popular Thai music place on WS but it hasnt opened since Covid-19.

There were a few cafes in Pattaya, don't think there are any left now. Drove from Bkk and back one evening just to See Jin and Dernphen in a Pattaya cafe. Let us know if that place opens again

Ramwong rumble in the jungle. The most famous ramwong performer Od 4s onstage when long time fan get up to give him a mali. He tells her to clear off, his wife in the blue check dress then has a go at her off stage followed by her son who whacks the fan around her head. Not done his image a lot of good. Son used to be a monk, ???? went to his bodlean years ago.

Saw Lamyai last night at the local Wat, she's the most complete female Thai singer I have seen in 27 years, great concerts and such a nice attitude afterwards. I'd go tonight but she's in Surat Thaini ????

Hi. Thanks for a great site with lots of good music.

I would love to go to some concert next time I`m in Thailand.

Is there any place I can find a schedule for Lamyai concerts?

I will ask the mrs, sometimes last minute and too late to go!
