cassde Posted July 12, 2019 Share Posted July 12, 2019 I sent 1000 pesos to my recipient in Philippines by Sendvalu nearly 36 hours ago, and despite assurances from a UK customer services representative that the money had been released, it has not. If they do, threaten to take them to the police if they do not solve the problem within one business day. Put your statement in print, and address it to the highest ranking person possible.
