Hey, it was pink, or burnt orange, whatever.  The guy who ran the red was just enjoying the sunset.

 

Seems to me with the flashy "almost green" red lights and timers, they are just encouraging people to push the timing to the limit. OK for experienced drag racers on a track, but not in traffic.  What is the average reaction time of Thai drivers?  Appears to be a whole lot longer to get on the brakes than to get on the throttle.
