I have in my companies O-Rings (for SCUBA) to sell and thought to search on google for diving and Thailand and drop everyone the same email about our products.

Just one time one email and not every 10 min. And I do it personally not with a automated software.

Is that considered as illegal spam or is that just product information and OK?

Thats not spam as I see it, I've done a similar approach with getting my website promoted.

you would be better mailing a smaple to them all. even farang run companies take a lax approch to answer / looking at emails

look at padi.com as they have a full list of all their members

same for naui

same for ssi

divesupply are the biggest distributor in thailand, check with them what they pay for their viton o rings etc and try and get hooked up with them, if you speak german you're in
