Anyone have any leads on Bangkok based attorneys who specialize or are experienced with real estate and building construction issues?

I may have a potential problem brewing with a building contractor, and want to be prepared to hire a pro if needed.

While it is nice to have your attorney experienced in the fields you mention, I suspect your problem arises out of building your own house.

If so, it is a breach of contract issue, a fairly common legal problem any competent attorney can handle.

If it is a commercial real estate or building issue, experience in those fields is certainly a must.
