What is the fine for being 6 days late for the 3 months notice??

Or 90 day notice I think it might be called...

Thanks

If you are only six days late you might not have to pay a fine depending on the officer who processes your paperwork.

If you have to pay a fine it will be 2000B regardless.

I recently went to get myself all cleared up in this regard, after not doing ninety day report for five years (& only having been out of the country twice).

No probs. 2000B and a little "miss-demeanor" stamp in the passport.

The "90 day staff" are good to deal with & will not put you through the wringer.

Cheers,

Soundman.

You can report plus/minus 7 days. If you are later than that the fine is normally 2,000 baht but believe 5,000 is now authorized.

It’s official. From the website of the Immigration Bureau:

The foreigner makes the notification in person, or

The foreigner authorises another person to make the notification, or

The foreigner makes the notification by registered mail.

The notification must be made within 7 days before or after the period of 90 days expires.

The first application for extension of stay by the foreigner is equivalent to the notification of staying in the Kingdom over 90 days.

There have been no reports so far about immigration at the airport verifying whether the 90-day address report is current. Therefore, you should have no problem if you do not get checked by immigration police before your departure. If you have a receipt from a previous address report stapled in your passport, remove it before presenting you passport on your way out.

However, since you still have time to do your report without paying a fine, better do that.

Firstly. I hope you have a re-entry permit??

Secondly. IME no-one at the airport will notice you have not reported,

and you return will reset the 90 day clock. :o
