I doubt that is what you mean. Siam Legal are quoting a Non-immigrant O visa. The O-A is for over 50's only.

Multiple Entry Non O visas are available for under 50's, but they are getting harder to get. And they are only issued in certain cases, like visiting family, retirement, volunteer work etc.

You certainly don't need pay Siam Legal to get you one. If you qualify, and they are available, they are easy to get.

It is a multiple entry non-b visa Siam Legal has been offering those for years with the help of some honorary consulates. It seems they are still able to get them in Germany. It will probably cost close to $1000 or more.

The O-A is commonly called a retirement visa, so if you're under 50, not much use to you.

If you're just coming as a tourist, wouldn't a multiple entry tourist visa be a reasonable start? Or maybe there's a particular reason You want a non Imm O visa??

Strange. You are able to "surf" the internet, look up Siam Legal and come on here and ask a question. Why dont you just search on the Thai Embassy website for your home country for OA visa where all will be revealed.

Chinese ladies here in Hat Yai, do have a visa for one year, and they do not have to leave the country. But it cost them around 25.000 THB, or the equivalent in Renminbi.

Unless you know better, probably an "agent-assisted" visa - easily available, not strictly halal.

The Chinese are on another level when it comes to visa arrangements. Corporates and charities sponsor all the Chinese "workers" in Thailand that they want to. No self-respecting Chinese exec is here without his Mainland Mistress. As of a few years ago, Hat Yai was flooded with Chinese developers.

I came with this visa to Thailand. Requierment was at that time, 2016, to have appr.7000€ in the bank account, being above 50yrs of age. No medical check or police check. Had to leave every 90 days the country. Costs were 150,--€ . In my passport the sticker says Non-immigrant O Multiple. I got it from a honory consulate. But nowadays you have to go to the embassy or the general consulate of Thailand for issueing.
