I am a complete novice with Thai TV and my Thai wife will be moving over here to the US in the next few weeks.

 

I have a condo in Thailand and have 3BB internet. I have an AIS sim card and my wife uses True. In Thailand we have British TV using the TV player app and a dedicated expressVPN router and my wife uses the 3BB router and the AIS play app on her iphone to get the Thai free channels and air plays them to the Apple TV.

In the US, I have setup a Linksys R6700 router running DDWRT and openvpn as a dedicated "Thailand" router for her and tested it and for AIS play, it works really well.

 

I just have a few question around IP based Thai TV please -

 

1. Does anyone know how to buy the premium channels in the AIS play app and how much they cost?

2. Is there an alternative to AIS play on either 3BB or True that is much superior to AIS play please?

3. Is there any other legal system in Thailand that I can buy that will get her a decent TV package please?
