When I enter he ask me to review my information or to skip it and continue. So I tried to review it, and it ask me for work adress ?? The lady in the bank took my phone and answer many questions without even ask me anything. now the application work like before again, but I don't know what she wrote actually. KittenKong Posted August 15, 2019 Share Posted August 15, 2019 Mine came with my home address already given as my work address. I noted that in the options there was no option for being retired or unemployed, only an option for being a pensioner. I am not a pensioner so I left it on "househusband" which is also wrong as I live alone. I think this some sort of Thai variant on international KYC (know your customer) rules.
